PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing a pre-order with Cuttinup Show Blankets, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

LIMITED PRE-ORDER AVAILABILITY

Cuttinup Show Blankets produces a limited run of each pattern, with only 50 blankets produced per pattern. Only a limited number of those 50 blankets are made available for pre-order.

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving one of these limited pre-order spots specifically for your order. Once reserved, that spot is no longer available for another customer. For this reason, all pre-orders are final and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and cannot be changed or transferred to another pattern.

ESTIMATED ARRIVAL DATES

Any arrival date or timeframe provided for a pre-order is an ESTIMATE ONLY and is not a guaranteed delivery or shipping date.

Our products are produced specifically for Cuttinup Show Blankets, and circumstances outside of our control—including production, international shipping, customs, freight, and carrier delays—may cause a pre-order to arrive later than originally estimated.

A delay beyond the estimated arrival timeframe does not make a pre-order eligible for cancellation, refund, exchange, or modification.

We will always do everything reasonably possible to receive and fulfill our pre-orders as quickly as possible and will ship your order promptly once the product becomes available.

BY CHECKING THE PRE-ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENT BOX AND COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THESE PRE-ORDER TERMS, INCLUDING THAT YOUR PRE-ORDER IS FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THAT ALL ARRIVAL DATES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY.
