Vaquera Weave: The Vaquera weave is a tighter, denser construction that results in a thinner, more refined blanket without sacrificing strength. OG Weave: The OG weave is our original construction and the foundation of the original contoured show blanket. Made from high-quality wool, it delivers dependable structure, excellent feel, and lasting quality. This is the weave that started it all—proven, trusted, and true to the roots of Cuttinup.
Sizes & Contoured Drop
Cuttinup contour show blankets are measured differently than traditional square blankets due to their shaped topline. The contoured design creates three distinct drops—a front drop, mid-drop, and rear drop—as the blanket follows the natural curve of the horse. The listed drop measurement refers to the mid-drop, which is the most accurate indicator of overall fit and coverage.
Twiggy Size- 34” along the spine X 40” around the barrel, creating a 20” mid-drop
Designed for horses needing slightly more length and coverage while maintaining a clean, tailored contour.
Chiquita Size- 32” along the spine X 38” around the barrel creating a 19” mid-drop
Ideal for a more compact fit with reduced length and a refined profile through the barrel and shoulder.
